Wall Hung Shadow Boxes
These wall hung shadow box cabinets are inspired by my time spent in Japan. It is very common for Japanese homes to include display spaces to showcase floral arrangements, which are changed out occasionally to showcase the passing of the seasons.
I have found them to be a wonderful place to display fresh cut flowers as well as dried arrangements. They bring a quiet peace to a space.
This one is made from quartersawn sycamore and maple with an hardwax-oil finish. 30”x20”x6”
